A wonderful local cafe with fantastic coffee and nice snacks. The interior is peaceful and decorated tastefully with baseball memorabilia—the owner is kind and is also clearly a baseball fan. There is also a patio where you can relax and enjoy the aspects of the bamboo on the opposite side of the road. The coffee is very nicely made and neither too sour nor too bitter. In the summer it’s pleasant to have an ice coffee here. I think the owner clearly has a good sense of a coffee that is suited to anyone’s tastes. The snacks differ from time to time and appear to be made at home. They were always tasty. Overall, if you’re in the area or walking down the road to Kenchoji and in need of some coffee, I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Nice place. Clam Chowder for breakfast !. Set me up for the day and a long walk. Lovely staff too. And made my friend a free decaff coffee to keep me company while I had a second coffee.

This place was a great find in the way between shines. The coffee was fantastic. The muffins were slightly dry, as I have had everywhere in Japan, but they were quite tasty. You'll also see memorabilia from baseball games, for those who are interested. There are seats outdoors.

Small local restaurant with tasty food and coffee. The staff was very nice and friendly. There is an English menu available. Cosy interior, outdoor seating also available. Nice place to have a breakfast brunch or evening coffe. The clam chowder was very good also the banana cheese cake was delightfully. Definitely a must visit.
